True Romance
True Romance is a red swing for two hung from a tree. It reacts to presence by lighting up the ropes of the swing when somebody approaches. If they sit down to swing, the tree lights up and starts playing classic love-songs. It's designed to hang in a public space to spread a loving feeling. It also brings the visitor back to that high-school disco feeling and brings back memories of your long lost love.
This was a joint project by The Interactive Institute and Doberman during the summer of 2008.
